[Method] Very Blackhat Offline Method

This is my first method post here at BHW.

If it is in the wrong place, I am sorry.

I came up with the idea, if you have seen it elsewhere that is pure coincidence.

I have not actually tried it, it is just an idea.

If you think it is $hit I'm sure someone will let me know!

Ok, so the method is pretty simple and involves QR codes and content lockers.

Just in case you don't know what a QR code is, it is a bit like a barcode that contains a URL and when scanned with a smartphone...
